1. How do I pay for my order?
Prepayment is required for all new NCR-Direct customers. For your convenience, NCR-Direct.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express as forms of payment. An open account billing option may also be available. If you are a first time buyer to this site, selecting "Bill Me" may delay your order. NCR requires a new customer credit check before processing the order. All orders are subject to the Terms and Conditions of NCR's Order Acceptance Policy. Yes, to provide you with the most convenient shopping experience possible, we require you to register through our easy to use registration process. This process has been streamlined to ensure we collect the minimum amount of information to supply you the products you need to help you run your business.
5. Do you ship outside the United States?
NCR-Direct.com currently delivers products to locations in the United States. We are excited about our organization's growth in many regions around the world. At this time however, we can only process and deliver orders originating in and to be delivered within the United States.
6. How do I find a product on the NCR-Direct.com site?
You may search or browse through the catalog in a variety of ways. We have two search methods which you can use, as well as the ability to browse products by product category, industry or application.
Our quick search allows you to enter one or more words which will be compared to a list of keywords for each product. This comparison produces a list of products which match the keywords. Note: double quotes can be used to find words in a specific sequence.
Our Advanced Search is a product cross reference that is comprised of two different searching tools. The first search tool, Equipment Model Search, allows you to enter the manufacturer and/or the model for one or more machines. After entering the information, a list of matching machines will be generated and you simply choose your machine from the list. When you select your machine a list of products which are associated with the machine you chose will be generated. The second tool, Supply Search, allows you to enter the manufacturer, and/or the stock number, and/or the description of the supplies you are trying to find. After entering the information, a list of matching supplies will be generated and you simply choose your product from the list. When you select your product a list of products we sell that are compatible with your product will be generated.
You can search for products by product category (e.g. inking, paper rolls, laser cartridges). Simply select the NCR Direct Catalog link on the left sidebar then Click on All NCR-Direct Products and a list of product categories will be displayed. From the list of product categories choose the one which best describes the product you need.
You can search for products by application (e.g. POS, ATMs, Back Office, Item Processing, Teller). Simply select the NCR Direct Catalog link on the left sidebar, then click on Retail Industry Applications or Financial Industry Applications, and a list of various applications used within the industry will be displayed. Choose the application which best meets your needs and a list of product categories which apply to the chosen application will be displayed. From the list of product categories choose the one which best describes the product you need.
You can search for products by industry (e.g. Financial/Banking, Retail). Simply select the NCR Direct Catalog link on the left sidebar then click on Financial Industry Products or Retail Industry Products and a list of products that are used in the chosen industry will be displayed. Choose the appropriate product type and a list containing product will be displayed.

Yes, NCR-Direct.com offers specials on a variety of products on the website. These specials change on a regular basis and are only offered while on the site.
